ACR top end or full engine refresh service.
Top end refresh
This includes the cylinder head having a complete strip down to individual components. Each component will be checked against manufacturer tolerances. Any worn or damaged parts will be replaced. The rebuild will include valve clearances and shims if required. Valves will refaced and lapped if required.
- £250 + parts on loose head
- + £100 for remove and refit to loose engine
- + £150 for ride in – ride out service
Full engine refresh
This includes the whole engine having a complete strip down to individual components. Each component will be checked against manufacturers tolerances. The crank will be fully checked for wear. Piston rings will be replaced if required. The rebuild will include valve clearances and shims if necessary. Valves will be replaced as required.
All Gaskets and seals replaced
